We are Cinqe Matchmaking. Founded in 2010, we operate as a private, white-glove introduction service for accomplished singles around the world. No public browsing. No mass databases. No AI matching.

Just real humans, real discernment, and curated introductions.

Two Ways to Join Cinqe

There are two ways to experience Cinqe:

1. Join our complimentary network
2. Become a paid premium member

As a complimentary member, you may be considered for introductions when you align with one of our private clients.

As a premium member, you retain our team to proactively search for you, present you thoughtfully, and curate introductions over a defined period of time.

When You Should Consider Premium

Premium membership is right for you if:

1. You value discretion.
2. You are busy and don’t want to manage apps.
3. You want curated, intentional introductions.
4. You’re serious about finding a partner.
5. You prefer white-glove support over trial and error.

If you’re casually dating or unsure what you want, this may not be the right time.

Who Our Ideal Clients Are

Our premium fees typically range from $25,000 to $350,000 USD.

We operate on a retainer-based model. You invest upfront and retain our team for a defined period of time to conduct your search. The length of that term is determined after your Zoom presentation, once we fully understand the scope and complexity of what you’re looking for.

Every search is different, which is why we do not publish fixed pricing.

Step 1: Reach Out

From there, we will respond and schedule a phone call (audio only — no video).

Step 2: The Initial Phone Call

On this call, we will:

1. Share how our process works
2. Learn about you and your ideal match
3. Discuss alignment and expectations

You’ll immediately feel the difference. Our approach is modern, professional, and white glove. On this call, we’ll review your search parameters in detail — including your religion and how you’d like to raise your children, age and height preferences, preferred locations and time zones, travel flexibility, lifestyle expectations, personality preferences (extrovert or introvert), dietary considerations, political views, health, work schedule, and what you’re genuinely attracted to — so we can determine whether our firm is the right fit for your needs.

We curate introductions over a defined duration of time. That duration depends on difficulty, location, and budget.

We can provide a soft estimate on this call - but not a formal offer yet.

Step 3: The Zoom Presentation (Paid Meeting)

After the call, you’ll receive:

1. A detailed email outlining our process
2. Our call notes
3. A link to book and pay for your Zoom presentation

We charge for this meeting intentionally. It allows you to experience how we work without pressure to move forward.

Our team spends 1–2 hours preparing a realistic presentation of singles who may align with you.

Once payment is received and you share your availability, we send a calendar invite. You’ll receive the Zoom link a few minutes before the call.

During this meeting, you’ll meet 1–3 matchmakers. We’ll show you curated profiles and explore whether this truly feels like a fit.

After the Zoom

After your presentation, our team meets privately to discuss:

1. Search difficulty
2. Timeline
3. Internal matchmaker capacity

Typically that day or the next, you’ll receive a formal offer with 1–2 options.

We’ve been doing this for over 16 years. We use real data and experience to craft the right structure for your search.

Our offers are non-negotiable and include an expiration date. Why?

Because we must carefully manage our client-to-matchmaker ratio. We only take on clients when we have proper bandwidth to serve them well.

If you have questions, we can schedule a follow-up call. If you’re ready, you’ll sign via DocuSign and wire payment (we accept wire only).

Welcome to Cinqe

Once your agreement and payment are received, you’ll receive:

1. A formal welcome email
2. A welcome PDF packet
3. Your welcome call scheduled around your availability

Some clients want 10 minutes. Others want an hour. We adapt to you.

On your welcome call we review:

1. Dating tips and expectations
2. Emotional readiness and rejection
3. Safety
4. Texting etiquette
5. Handling exclusivity
6. What other clients have done wrong (and how to avoid it)
7. Situations that may result in termination

We operate with a zero-tolerance policy if someone makes another person feel unsafe. No refunds in those situations.

When Do You Start Seeing Matches?

Nearly immediately.

Sometimes the same day. Sometimes within a few days.

Some matches may not have said “yes” yet — we’re coordinating interviews and gauging mutual interest behind the scenes.

If your photos need updating, we’ll schedule a photographer for you. We don’t pay for photos, but we coordinate everything and help you select outfits.

If photos are delayed, we may temporarily use older ones to begin outreach — but updated photos matter.

If you decline to update poor photos, it will impact your results. Dating is competitive. People have options.

How Matches Are Presented

Depending on your preferences and level of selectivity:

1. We may present matches to you before approaching them.
2. Or we may confirm their interest before presenting them to you.

Our matchmakers have limited hours each week. If you are extremely selective, we may secure your approval before investing time interviewing someone on your behalf.

Trust your matchmaker. We are experts at pacing and positioning.

Planning the Date

Once mutual interest is confirmed, we plan the introduction.

Depending on circumstances, this may be:

1. A phone call
2. A video call
3. An in-person date (our preference)

We love to curate the full experience. For in-person meetings, we:

1. Coordinate schedules
2. Select and book the venue
3. Send full date details
4. Include etiquette tips
5. Provide your date’s profile in one organized email

If you’re the man, you’ll text her the morning of the date.

If you’re the woman, expect that message.

After the Date

You’ll receive a feedback email.

Please respond within 24 hours.

If you both had a great time, you’ll connect directly for date two.

If not, we’ll communicate respectfully and move forward.

Regardless of outcome, we continue presenting new matches throughout your contract term.

Ongoing Support

During your membership, we are here for you.

Outfits. Gifts. Car service. Date ideas. Emotional support. Secondary date advice. Relationship guidance.

Communication frequency is up to you. Some clients check in daily. Others prefer weekly updates. We adapt to your rhythm.

When Your Term Ends

When your contract concludes, we can discuss renewal. If the search became more complex, the investment may adjust.

If you were a pleasure to work with, it may remain the same - or even decrease.

We’ve been here since 2010. We’ve seen engagements, marriages, children, divorces, renewals, and referrals.
